A nanny suited to your child’s routine and character
Your child’s age, daily routine and your family’s lifestyle are considered together; you are then introduced to candidates with childcare experience who fit them.
We get to know your family first
A nanny is someone who spends a large part of the day with your child and, over time, becomes part of your family’s everyday routine. That is why the choice is not made on a CV alone; a candidate’s personality, communication style and fit with your family matter just as much as experience.
At M&M, the process begins with getting to know your family. We learn your children’s ages, their school and sleep times, the rules that matter to you and your language expectations. We then assess the candidates who genuinely meet these criteria and present them to you.
Depending on your request, we can consider nanny candidates who are Filipino or who speak English, Turkish or Russian, and who can work live-in or live-out.

What can you expect from a nanny?
- The child’s daily care, meals and sleep routine
- Spending time together through age-appropriate play and activities

- Language practice during the day with multilingual candidates
Who is it suitable for?
- Working mothers and fathers
- Families who want their child to hear a foreign language during the day
