The country you choose a candidate from depends on your language expectations, the position you are looking to fill and your family’s habits.
The Philippines
Our primary area of expertise. Filipino candidates mostly speak English and work in childcare, baby care and household services.
Indonesia
Indonesian candidates are considered for childcare, housekeeping and all-around domestic staff positions.
African countries
Candidates from African countries include English-speaking nanny and domestic staff options.
Turkmenistan
Communicating in Turkish with Turkmen candidates is easy; they work in childcare, elderly and patient care, and household services.
Uzbekistan
Uzbek candidates can communicate in Turkish and, in most cases, Russian; they work in childcare, elderly and patient care, and household services.
United Kingdom

Where a candidate comes from is a useful starting point, but it is not enough on its own. Two candidates from the same country can differ greatly in experience, personality and expectations.
That is why, rather than sending you a ready-made list by country, we first listen to your needs and assess the candidates who may genuinely be suitable.
