KVKK Privacy Notice

At M&M Filipino and Foreign Caregiver Services (“M&M”), we attach importance to the security of your personal data. This notice has been prepared to inform you, in our capacity as data controller, in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”).

2. Personal data processed

• Families requesting a caregiver: full name, phone, e-mail, city of residence, service requested, working arrangement and language preference, number and ages of children, and any other information you choose to share in your message.
• Candidates applying for a job: full name, phone, e-mail, nationality, city of residence, position applied for, preferred working arrangement, experience details and any other information shared in the application.
• Users of the contact form: full name, e-mail, phone, subject and message content.

3. Purposes of processing

• Receiving your request and getting back to you,
• Making a suitable match between family and candidate,
• Assessing job applications,
• Carrying out communication relating to the service,
• Fulfilling legal obligations.

4. Legal grounds

Your personal data is processed, in accordance with Article 5 of the KVKK, on the legal grounds that processing is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, the fulfilment of legal obligations, legitimate interest and, where required, your explicit consent.

5. Transfer of data

Your personal data is shared only to the extent necessary to carry out the matching process and only with the parties concerned (the requesting family and the candidate considered suitable). Beyond this, it is not transferred to third parties, except where required by law and to the infrastructure providers whose services we use (hosting and e-mail).

6. Method of collection

Your data is collected through the forms on our website, by phone, WhatsApp and e-mail, as submitted by you.

7. Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your data is being processed, to request information if it has been, to learn the purpose of processing, to request correction if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately, to request its erasure or destruction, and to claim compensation should you suffer damage.
