As a mother, I know very well how important it is to choose the right person to entrust with our children, who are the most precious to us.
To me, a caregiver is not just an employee. They are someone who spends a significant portion of the day with your child, becoming a part of their daily life and, over time, a part of your family's daily routine.
My own experiences have shown me how difficult it can be to find not only an experienced candidate who does their job well, but the right person you can truly trust and feel at peace with when they are by your children's side.
That is why I wanted to found M&M with an approach that I would want to see myself, both as a mother and as a client: a service philosophy that carefully listens to the needs of every family, makes personalized selections, and places special importance on the right harmony between the family and the candidate.
