To me, a nanny is not simply an employee. She is someone who spends a large part of the day with your child, and who becomes part of your child’s daily life and, over time, of your family’s everyday routine.
My own experience showed me how difficult it can be to find not just an experienced candidate who does the job well, but the right person: someone you can truly trust and who lets you feel at ease when she is with your children.
That is why I wanted to build M&M with the approach I would wish to see myself, both as a mother and as a client: a service that listens carefully to each family’s needs, selects on a personal basis and places particular importance on the right fit between family and candidate.
