An experienced, attentive baby nanny for your baby
Baby care calls for specific experience, attention and care. From among candidates who can support you with feeding, sleep and daily care, we consider the options that suit your family.
We get to know your family first
Choosing the person you will entrust your baby to is one of the most personal decisions there is. We want to be by your side as you make it, and to bring you only candidates who may genuinely be suitable.
In the first conversation we learn your baby’s age, feeding and sleep routine, the daily rhythm of your home and the details that matter to you. We assess candidates on the basis of this information.
We arrange your interviews with candidates who have baby care experience and can work live-in or live-out. The final decision is always yours.

Frequently asked questions
Can we find a candidate experienced in baby care?
Simply state your baby’s age in your request. When assessing candidates, we treat baby care experience as a priority criterion.
Can we have support at night as well?
Night-time support is usually provided through a live-in arrangement. Working hours and rest periods are clarified with your family in the first conversation.
Does a baby nanny also help with housework?
A baby nanny’s priority is the baby. If you would also like help with housework, you need to say so from the outset; in that case an all-around domestic staff profile may be more suitable.
